Processing Time
Order processing times vary between 1–14 business days. For specific details, please refer to the processing time displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

Estimated Shipping Time
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

• North America: Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days.

Once an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS or UPS, it is considered delivered for refund or cancellation purposes.

• Address Accuracy
  Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change; however, once processing has started and a shipping label is created, changes may no longer be possible. In such cases, please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number to reroute the package.

• Undeliverable Packages
  If a package is undelivered due to an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at hello@shedreamscreative.com. We can assist with reshipment, but buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
